What is Leadership Conference?
Our heart and desire is to bring together ministry leadership teams from around the country for a focussed time of development as a team. While everyone who attends will grow as an individual leader, the greatest strength for your youth ministry comes as your entire leadership team develops together. Our Conference is designed to help your team grow in unity, be encouraged in vision and equipped with practical skills to increase your effectiveness in ministry. Join, learn from and be encouraged by other teams as they also seek to develop their leadership skills.
The day of conference is filled with sessions, fellowship and lots of opportunities to discuss and apply what you're learning directly to your ministry context. We would love to see your team at Leadership Conference 2024: MULTIPLY!
Leadership Conference 2024
How do we disciple teenagers that will go on to disciple others? Leadership Conference 2024 is all about how your youth ministry can effectively disciple your teens, who will then go out and make disciples! Elective sessions will look at how we practically apply what we are learning and discussion times will help each group to contextualise all they've heard during the day.
The key location for Leadership Conference 2024 is in Cambridge but we will be running Watch Parties at different locations across New Zealand. We will have Word of Life team members at all watch parties and we are excited to learn and grow as youth ministries all over the country!

Cost:
$20 per person (includes lunch and refreshments)
Half price for developing leaders (Year 12-13)

KRIS STOUT
Kris Stout is the Executive Vice President of International and Youth Ministries for Word of Life. He lives in Florida with his wife and 4 kids. Kris is passionate about seeing teens equipped to share their faith and will be speaking about how our youth ministries can effectively disciple youth, who will then go out and make disciples.
