We held our annual Leadership Conference at the start of March, looking at the theme ‘Follow the Leader’. This conference is a national event with keynote speakers in Cambridge and Christchurch, streaming live to each other and to watch parties throughout the country. This year we engaged with leaders from 17 different youth ministries from Whangarei to Ashburton. Every watch party had a live workshop session as well as tuning in to the streamed sessions from our main locations. This unique blend of online and in person content enables leaders to connect with high quality training, close to home, while still maintaining the benefit of personal interaction with a speaker.

This year, it was great to see leaders impacted by their need to embrace and model the change they want to see in their young people.
