Word of Life runs activities which carry a risk of injury if carried out without due care or in disregard of instructions - whilst all practicable steps will be taken to ensure your safety, Word of Life accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage to your property or person, whether arising through our negligence or otherwise.

By registering I agree to abide by the rules at ORIGIN and follow the instructions of the ORIGIN Crew. I agree to allow Word of Life to use any photos/videos taken during ORIGIN for promotional use.

If the use of flashing lights in the sessions may cause health issues, I take responsibility to identify this to a leader or ORIGIN crew member and remove myself from the venue during this time.
